There is no cup of coffee in Ireland I enjoy more than one from my own machine made at home.
When Covid struck and I was forced to close the restaurants I bought my first at home coffee machine. I found it difficult to access good beans and often had to drive out of my way to find them. Eventually I signed up to a subscription service that delivered me a kilo of beans every month, this service was incredible and really solved the problem of buying sub standard beans from the local Supermarket just to get me by. During those days I made my coffee and sat and enjoyed it so much with nothing rushing me. No restaurant to open or meeting to go to. I fell even further in love with the process of making coffee and the calming morning ritual has stuck with me until today. No morning coffee is ever rushed, I wake up earlier just so that I can enjoy it in peace, it’s almost meditative at this point and it sets me up for a beautiful day every time. I have since developed our own signature blend and set up our own subscription service to solve this exact problem for you. You can pick up our beans in store or get a kilo delivered every month with no fuss. Hopefully you will get the same joy making your coffee at home with our beans that I do.
