1. Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Rates & Times

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
  
  
• Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within Ireland.
  
  
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, please review our return policy below.

Coffee & Perishable Goods

Because coffee is a perishable product, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused bags of coffee.
To be eligible for a return:

• The coffee must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  
  

You can return your unopened coffee to any of our physical café locations.

If you prefer to send it back by mail, please note:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned packages.
  
  

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or partially used coffee bags
• Perishable food or drinks
• Gift cards or digital downloads
• Sale items (unless faulty)
  
  

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the unopened item and place a new order.
